*NOTE: Something I didn't notice until I'd already finished is that using ToyBox's mass loot feature stole some items ahead of time, particularly Staunton Vhane's mithril full plate armor Carapace and his glaive Soulshear. You can use ToyBox's etude search function and a little research to tweak that stuff, however, and respeccing your character updates all flags for future decisions like gender, race, class, alignment, etc. Not that anyone asked, but the "Evil" versions of dialog are typically more like "Insane/Cruel/Violent," and even playing an evil character I'd imagine the MC wanting their allies at their best. I will say, though, that I exhausted a few of the time-sensitive conversations I know about and told all NPCs and companions what they'd want to hear if they were going to be the best, ultimately-alive versions of themselves by rule of alignment (answered Lann lawfully, answered Wenduag chaotically, tried to boost Irabeth's confidence, was not an asshole to Finnean, etc.) and started all romances (because you can end them at any time with no consequence). I saved periodically, and tried to save before every relevant choice, though, in case you wanted to do something different.
Every skill check (to my knowledge) has been passed, every item* has been collected without being sold, and as many people have been kept alive, recruitable, and on your side as possible. In the final save, all mythic paths are potentially open, including Swarm (when you get to it, if you don't kill the baby queen).
(At one point during the first cult area, I didn't press Kill All Enemies fast enough and she got one-shotted by a cambion, so I got mad and added a bunch of numbers to everything.) Incidentally, apparently difficulty settings are contained in saves, so you'll want to change those to fit your own preferences. The main character is a chaotic neutral human female Monster Tactician Inquisitor of Desna named Tabula Rasa, not that it matters- starting at the third save, she's gamebreakingly powerful and needs to be respecced.

Unity Mod Manager and ToyBox were the only mods used, to speed through without going nuts at spending another evening doing this for the XXth time.
Each save was tested and ultimately made with no mods and Unity Mod Manager uninstalled.

This is a series of edited save files from the start of the game all the way up to the mythic choice at Drezen, with no levels applied to any characters. Was just a little frustrated that the last person (people?) who did this missed a ton of stuff and made their saves with old, now-defunct mods on old version(s) of the game, though I appreciate their effort and intentions.
